Returns are accepted.
We accept returns up to 30 days from the time you receive your order. Item must be returned in it’s original, unopened, undamaged packaging for eligibility. When returning your item, please include a copy of your sales receipt (a sales receipt would have accompanied your order when you received it.) If you have lost your sales receipt, please write your full name, shipping address, and date you placed your order. Customer pays all returned postage with tracking unless item is defective. Upon receiving the item back, customer will be refunded for the merchandise within 3 business days.
Cancellation: Customer may cancellation their order at any time unless the item has been shipped. Customer can return the item upon receiving it at their own expense with parcel tracking, for a full refund of returned merchandise. Upon receiving the item back, customer will be refunded for the merchandise within 3 business days.
Shipping: We only use US Postal Service for shipping at this time. We ship per the customer’s shipping option at checkout. Example: If customer selects priority shipping, the parcel will be shipped US Mail – Priority with Tracking. Products will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment.
